Itinerary

Seeing Architecture tours start promptly at the scheduled time and meeting point. Although we are thankful for London’s public transport network, it is subject to delays. We ask that you plan accordingly and arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are late we will endeavour to advise you where you can join the tour. No refunds will be given for late attendance or for non-attendance. .

Typically, our tours are only conducted outside. Only on some tours is there opportunity to enter public buildings.

No food or drink is provided on the tours and there are no stops for refreshments, unless noted on the itinerary.

Payment

All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions. In any and all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of their entire party. No variation of these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by us.

Payment is to be made in full, upon booking, in Pounds Sterling, via our secure online booking service.

All payment is to be made in advance of the service provided. We generally allow payment up to and including the day before the tour date.

Payment for private tours is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for further information.

Cancellations

All payments, once made, are non-refundable unless under the exceptional circumstances that Seeing Architecture cancels the tour due to reasons beyond our control.  In such cases, we will offer alternative tour dates or refund payment in full.

Accessibility

We try to make our walks as inclusive and accessible as possible but where stairs are included, we note this on the tour description. Please contact us in advance if you have any special needs and we will endeavour to accommodate.

Health and Safety

Scheduled walking tours take place under all weather conditions. Please come prepared and wear suitable footwear for walking. Only if we deem that the weather is hazardous to the safety of the tour will we cancel the tour. Under those exceptional circumstances we will offer alternative tour dates or refund payment in full.

We stick to public footpaths and use pedestrian crossings where available. We kindly ask that you respect the general public and building users at all times. Also, please leave bikes and scooters at home or park them for the duration of the tour.

If you feel unwell during the tour, please inform your guide.

Seeing Architecture provides public liability insurance for all our walking tours.

Privacy Policy

At Seeing Architecture, we actively encourage you to post on social media. We ask that you add #SeeingArchitectureLondon to your Instagram posts. We ask that you tag SeeingArchitecture to your Facebook posts. You may also share the posts we make on our social media accounts. However, we reserve the right to remove any inappropriate postings.

You may not, without our prior written consent, make any audio or video recordings of any part of the tour commentary.

Seeing Architecture reserves the right to take photographs during our tours to use for promotion and publicity in all media and the copyright of such pictures will remain with us in perpetuity.

Seeing Architecture will, under the Data Protection Act, ensure that the privacy of our clients will be maintained at all times. We will never share or sell the information contained in our database to any third parties.
